AWS / Azure Cloud Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Attend Project Meetings for the purpose of gathering and documenting technical requirements.
  • Solutioning the various Applications\Systems\Services based on the Technical, Business & Security requirements.
  • Provide Method of Procedures Documentation for the deployment of the previously mentioned solutions.
  • Preparation of Cost Estimate, Bill of Material, MOP, Deployment of Resources

Skill Required / Responsibilities :

  • years of Azure / AWS Engineering hands or related experience.
  • Previous experience with the deployment in Azure / AWS Environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure / AWS Best practices and standards.
  • FortiNet FortiGate Firewall experience in the cloud an asset.
  • Excellent verbal, written and diagramming skills.

    • Technical Qualifications :

  • Deep knowledge of Azure / AWS cloud technology and architectures.
  • Understanding of Azure / AWS SaaS / PaaS / IaaS offerings and technical concepts.
  • Previous Implementation experience in Azure / AWS.
  • Implement and oversee Cloud Security, governance, security control, WAF, IAM policy management and compliance.
  • Deployment Experience with VM’s, Storage Accounts, Application Gateway, Open AI, Logic Apps, Event Hub, Containers, Kubernetes, S bucket, EC, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Postgres,

    • SQL MI services

  • Automation Experience in using Terraform, GitHub
  • Monitoring Tools Experience with AWS Cloud watch, Azure Monitor, Azure Insights, Azure Log Analytics, Dynatrace, Grafana, DataDog, Rancher
  • Networking Experience with Express Route, Firewall / Fortigate, shared services, NAT, Vnet / subnet management, Azure AD
  • Data Analytics Experience in Data Lake, Data Factory, DataBricks, Snowflake
  • DevOps expe ´rience : CI / CD pipeline imple ´mentation.
  • Familiarity with Confluence & Jira.

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Azure Network Engineer Associate
  • AWS Certified Advanced Networking
  • AWS Solutions Architect
