Job title : Administrative Assistant

Advantages

Responsibilities

  • Answer reception calls and greet guests
  • Handle all administrative tasks
  • Data entry
  • Maintain inventory
  • Assist with A / R
  • Filing, Scanning and Uploading Files
  • Customer service
  • Communicate with suppliers & carriers
  • Assist with new projects being put in place
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Perfectly bilingual French and English
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Looking for someone who is able to take initiative
  • Work independently
  • Show proficiency with time management & is dynamic and eager to work with a small team.
