Commercial Project Manager

Hays is currently working with a reputable and growing general contractor in Edmonton, who are hiring a Senior / Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your expertise in project management, construction processes, and effectivemunication will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities :

Lead and managemercial & mix-use projects from start to finish, including tenant improvement and new build projects

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Manage project teams and ensure timelypletion of projects within budget and quality standardsEnsure projectpliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations

Monitor and report project progress, risks, and opportunities to the management team

Proactively identify and resolve project issues

Requirements :

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management in themercial sector

Strong knowledge of tenant improvement or new build projects

Excellentmunication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Detail-oriented and organized

Familiarity with project management software and tools

A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
