John’s, NL office. This is a long term, on-going contract opportunity with a driven and innovative team.
As HR Generalist, you will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and be responsible for a broad variety of daily development, administration and other human resources tasks.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Developing policies
- Training of employees
- Managing employee relations
- Coordinating rewarding and recognition programming
- Other human resources duties as required
Key Requirements :
- At least three to five years of experience in a comparable role
- Previous experience in Recruitment and selections is required
- Exposure to occupational health and safety programming, WCB, and leave management would be an asset
- CPHR designation is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
