Job Title : Vehicle Check-in and Lot CoordinatorJob Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Vehicle Check-in and Lot Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking in vehicles, inspecting for damage or mechanical issues, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our vehicle lot.Key Responsibilities : Vehicle Check-in : Inspect incoming vehicles for damage or major mechanical issuesVerify vehicle identity and ensure accurate documentationCheck for any missing or damaged componentsLot Management : Park vehicles in an organized and efficient mannerMaintain a steady flow of vehicles through the lotEnsure the lot is clean and free of debrisVehicle Movement : Coordinate the movement of vehicles off the lot that do not belongEnsure all vehicles are properly stored and securedAdministrative Tasks : Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and check-in processesReport any issues or concerns to management in a timely mannerRequirements : Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical ability to walk, stand, and lift for extended periodsBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software an assetWorking Conditions : Work is performed primarily outdoors in a vehicle lot environmentExposure to varying weather conditions (e.G. heat, cold, rain)May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsWhat We Offer : Competitive hourly rateOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA dynamic and supportive work environment
