- Provide expert advice to managers on procurement, asset and materiel management, and contracting - helping shape key decisions within the department.
- Guide clients through the creation of procurement documents and development of evaluation criteria, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate procurement activities, processing documentation through both automated and manual systems.
- Negotiate contracts with private sector suppliers, evaluate proposals, and recommend top suppliers to management - playing a crucial role in securing favorable outcomes for the department.
- Represent PrairiesCan in communications with central agencies, advocating for advantageous terms and resolving procurement challenges.

Experience :
