As a Digital Content Designer, you’ll improve our overall user experience by working closely with our team of Experience Designers to deliver a simple and useful digital experience.
Supporting multiple squads, you'll be the editorial authority for the customer experience across a range of digital assets like our app, online banking, website and broker portal. You’ll define and maintain digital standards, write engaging content that sets us apart.
Your team
The Customer, Marketing and Communication (CMC) division’s purpose is to attract and retain customers through experiences that are not only simple and useful, but also informed by strategy and insight.
The Digital Content and Experience Team, which sits within the CMC division, is responsible for championing experience across all of our digital channels and platforms. With digital interactions fast becoming the preferred way of banking, we are obsessed with creating the best possible digital experience for our customers, and we place them at the heart of everything we do.
Your impact and contribution
Working alongside a team of talented Content Designers in a collaborative and fun environment, you’ll define and maintain our TOV and editorial style guide
Produce concise, accurate and engaging content for a range of digital platforms
Use analytics and customer insights to help identify optimisations that will improve customer experience and content quality
Manage complex sign off processes to ensure that all content is compliant and accurate
Skills and experience required :
Experience managing the content requirements and process for major projects
Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders (such as UX designers, developers, product owners, marketers, legal and compliance) to produce a great experience or solution for end users
Deliver compelling, targeted digital content adhering to tone of voice and style guidelines
Strong attention to detail and copy writing skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring together diverse groups of people for a common goal
