Maintenance Attendant

We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time evening maintenance attendant position.Maintenance of residence premises, apartment painting, basic plumbing, basic electricity. A versatile person who can do a little bit of everything! Purpose of the position

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:30 to 11 , voluntary weekendsSalary: to be discussed Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Maintain and clean the premises
• Clean entryways and common areas
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
• Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
