Trailer Mechanic - Finisher

We are looking for a Trailer Mechanic / Finisher to join our growing team.  You will be working with a team of amazing people in our Trailer Division.  Come kick-start your career with us today! Things you will do : Install all parts after paint including tires, wheels, mud flaps, decking, conspicuity tape Install and plumb air system Install electric system, lights, etc. Maintain daily Quality standards and meet production schedules as required Adherence to pre-established standards of performance, shop safety policies and procedures Maintain a safe work environment within the department and on each job Responsible to identify areas for improvement, ways to better expedite and gain production efficiencies, and cost reductions where applicable. Consistently punctual and available for a minimum of 40 hours of work per week Perform other duties as assigned What you have : Grade 12 or equivalent experience 3-5 years in the Fabrication and / or Manufacturing Industry Mechanical aptitude is a must Experience with air systems an asset Ability to communicate both verbal & written in the English language Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations  Ability to wear fully fitted respirator when required
