Processing Clerk

What you’ll do :

Process incoming and outgoing mail and electronic documents, ensuring proper sorting, scanning, data entry, and attachment of required back-ups.

Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all documents, including requirement documents and payment records

Support internal and external users in locating and accessing necessary documentation.

Assist with document-related corrections and voids.

Other duties as assigned.

The Team : You will work closely with other Processing Clerks, Accounting Clerks and Technicians and will be part of a larger team of professionals reporting to the Accounting Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of teamwork and conversation, helping to share the workload to meet stakeholder needs.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Finance and :

Have a high school diploma, and an introductory accounting course from an accredited post-secondary institution, and / or a minimum of one year of relevant accounting experience.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience related to the applicable functional area.
