Job Description

We’re looking for a Scala Developer with experience in distributed applications development using Spark (preferably with Scala) to join our team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain distributed applications using Spark and Scala.
Leverage cloud technologies such as Azure and Databricks.
Work with databases and SQL (DB2, Teradata, Snowflake).
Utilize Python, Power BI, or Angular as needed.
Collaborate with a global team and deliver within strict timelines.

Qualifications

4 to 8 years of experience with distributed applications development.

Experience with Spark and Scala.

Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, Databricks).

Experience with databases and SQL (DB2, Teradata, Snowflake).

Knowledge of Python.

Work experience in Java is a plus.

Knowledge of Power BI or Angular is a plus.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
