Job description
Position: Customer Care Analyst - Luxury RetailLocation: Ville Saint-Laurent (Hybrid)Salary: Up to $38.46 per hour (based on experience)Job Type: 1-year contract with possibility of extension and or permanencySchedule: Monday to Friday (35 hours / week)Are you a problem-solver with a passion for operations, logistics, and optimizing processes? Join a prestigious luxury brand as a Customer Care Analyst on a 1-year contract (with strong possibility of extension and or permanency), where your skills will directly support customer operations and ensure excellence in service delivery.What You'll Do:- Manage and maintain complete customer and distributor files- Oversee order management, including verifying quantities, prices, and credit processes- Track and resolve claims, ensuring smooth operations- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize processes and implement efficiency projects- Analyze operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiativesWho You Are:- University degree in Business Administration (Operations & Logistics), Industrial Engineering, or a related field- Analytical, self-reliant, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word); experience with SAP is a plus- Fluent in French - Open-minded, rigorous, diplomatic, team-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindsetOther Language Requirement: English- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support operations in other regions outside of Quebec- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Why This Role is Exciting:Step into a role where operational excellence meets luxury brand prestige.
