Job Description :

The role is a senior technical specialist responsible for the analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources Application Systems (HRAS). This position operates in a highly customized, multi-instance PeopleSoft environment and provides expert technical guidance to ensure system stability, compliance, scalability, and alignment with Government of Canada (GC) and departmental policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing, upgrading, or supporting PeopleSoft HCM version 8.9 or higher
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with PeopleTools 8.5x, including at least 8 years with PeopleTools 8.49 or higher
• Minimum of 10 years of experience developing, testing, documenting, and implementing PeopleSoft program / code and configuration changes using PeopleTools
• Minimum of 10 years of experience performing application support activities, including troubleshooting, defect resolution, reporting to management, and liaising with business and end-user clients
