Job description

Our well established client in Vancouver is looking to add an Office Manager to the team on a contract.  There is a strong possibility of it going permanent.  Reporting into the Partner, you will be responsible for :

  • Managing payroll, expense reports and benefits
  • Managing relationships between vendors and suppliers
  • Managing incoming payments from customers, invoices and banking activities
  • Managing office database and files
  • Other duties to ensure the office runs smoothly

Ideally you have two years experience working in an office environment in a management / administrative role.  You must have intermediate level in Excel and Powerpoint.

This company has flexibility in hours worked and days worked.
