About GD LEAD

The GD Lead Group brings together six companies specializing in the development, construction, management, and leasing of real estate projects across Quebec. The group also includes a daycare division, with five facilities welcoming more than 400 children daily.

Responsibilities

• Completing the complete accounting cycle: bank reconciliations, journal entries, DAS, taxes, payroll/HR.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Managing supplier invoices and payments.
• Rigorous project cost monitoring: purchase orders, invoices, extras, actual cost vs. budget comparison.
• Collaboration with project managers for optimal financial management of construction sites.
• Updating management reports.
• Preparation of year‑end reports for auditors.

Required Profile

• DEC in accounting or equivalent training.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in commercial construction.
• Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
