Position : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Location : Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec would be preferred. However, we are also open in having this person in Burlington or Oakville, Ontario
Workplace flexibility : We require a minimum attendance of 2 days / week in office.
Status : Full-time, permanent
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist plays a key role in maximizing the potential of Salesforce and Pardot to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, streamline lead nurturing, and continually improve marketing strategies through valuable insights.
In this position, you will focus on implementing and refining marketing automation strategies to drive engagement and conversions through email campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives. You'll also be responsible for maintaining data accuracy and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while managing CRM databases and marketing automation platforms. A collaborative approach with cross-functional teams is essential to align marketing efforts with business goals, enhancing campaign performance and driving revenue growth.

What would be your main responsibilities as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist ?
Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) to execute marketing campaigns including email, lead nurturing, and scoring programsDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns, including template design, calls-to-action, journeys and support in content creationSegment and manage prospects for targeted marketing activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Business Systems to ensure alignment on marketing automation processes and objectivesProvide reporting and insights on key marketing metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign effectivenessStay informed about the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and operations.Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Team to support in promoting the event, uploading attendee information, and post-event follow-upsProvide campaign briefs to the Sales and Marketing teams, so they are prepared to follow up the MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead) with relevant informationWork with commercial team to build journeys to target prospects based on data insights.SEO OptimizationLeverage & integrate social media within Marketing cloud (Pardot) to ensure full visibility on prospects.What are the requirements needed in order to have success in this role?
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle roles3+ years of experience with Pardot and Salesforce (required)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferredStrong analytical skillsExperience with other enterprise-level marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) will be consideredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility to easily adapt and change course in a fast-moving environmentStrong problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in effectively driving resultsSelf-motivated with a strong attention to detailAble to work independently and meet deadlinesAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyCommunication (verbal and written) in French would be considered assetAbility to travel to different Quadra sites to provide support when neededAt Quadra, we offer not only an engaging culture, a collaborative, family-oriented and supportive environment, but also plenty of autonomy and flexibility.
