Job description

We are currently searching for an experienced, professional and customer-focused Receptionist to support our Moncton Regional Office. You will be responsible for providing support in the daily administrative functions of the Moncton Regional Office and for providing excellent customer service to our tenants.

What you will do :

  • Maintain files, produce correspondence, monitor special projects;
  • Provide general administrative support and coverage for Reception duties : greeting tenants, answering phones, and redirecting calls;
  • Collection of outstanding rent;
  • Other administrative reports and duties as assigned.

Who you are :

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role an asset;
  • Must be bilingual (French and English);
  • Excellent organizational skills required and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment considered an asset;
  • Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Word & Excel;
  • Customer Service, accounting and collection experience an asset;
  • Experience in property management industry is an asset;
  • Familiarity with Yardi property management software is an asset.
