Construction Program Manager - Refrigeration Systems

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Program Manager with a strong hands-on background as a Refrigeration Technician to lead and oversee construction programs involving background of refrigeration systems in commercial, industrial, or retail environments. This role combines technical expertise in refrigeration with strategic program management to ensure successful project execution, compliance, and client satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project / program management. - 5+ years prior hands-on experience as a Refrigeration Technician is required. - Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, controls, refrigerants, and maintenance practices. - Familiarity with commercial and industrial refrigeration applications. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Refrigeration contractor's license.
