Relevant du gestionnaire de bureau, vous êtes le premier point de contact avec la clientèle au bureau d’Abell Gestion Parasitaire de Montréal, traitant les appels entrants dans le but de planifier le service.
Ce rôle combine des tâches administratives, du service à la clientèle, des interactions avec les employés ainsi que la vente à partir d’appels entrants de clients potentiels. Pas de recherche de clients par soi-même, pas de prospection téléphonique; vous êtes un fournisseur de solutions pour les clients curieux.

Customer Service Specialist - Part-time (16 to 20 hours per week)
Description
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients at the Abell Pest Management Montreal office, handling incoming calls to schedule service.
This role combines administrative tasks, customer service, employee interaction, and sales based on incoming calls from potential clients. No client prospecting or cold calling; you are a solutions provider for inquiring clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Answer all incoming phone calls to close sales with individual clients and schedule service delivery.
Ensure that route administrators' data entry is completed. Enter daily reports, new contracts, and one-off contracts; log data using Electronic Location Management (ELM); enter product sales forms and service requests.
Project-based administrative work.
Prepare bank deposits for received checks and credit card payments; follow up with head office.
Manage client files; ensure deposits are up to date.
Schedule ad-hoc and in-home services for route administrators; ensure follow-up calls are completed to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Provide support for month-end tasks.
Check missing label reports.
Order office supplies.
Manage key accounts, including tracking reports, ratings, and ensuring adherence to procedures. Provide support to senior management staff as directed by the manager
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
One or more years of experience in administration and customer service
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to provide support (in French and English)
Proficiency in using all related hardware and software
Inside sales experience is an asset
Strong organizational skills
Team player
High attention to detail and accuracy
