As a Project Manager, you will supervise the mitigation and renovation efforts, while managing costs. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.

e. floods, fires, vandalism, trauma etc.) and will lead the mitigation and restoration efforts to restore the property.Team Compensation and Benefits : · Great culture and team dynamic· Annual salary of $55,000 to $95,000 based on experience and certifications· Bonus program based on performance· On-going trainingTeam Qualifications (Requirements) : · Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude· Dedication to customer service· Clean criminal background check· Valid driver's license with a clean record· Capable to lead and develop a team· Career emphasis on learning and continuing education· Sound planning and organizational skills· Excellent communication and presentation skills· Construction industry experience is an asset, but not necessary· Thrives under high stressful situationsRole on the Team (Responsibilities) : · On-call rotation· Ability to work after hours when required· Schedule jobs and create work orders in job management program· Meet operational objectives of Sales, Cost Controls, and Brand Experience· Track metrics during weekly job reviews· Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project· Ensure compliance with standards and regulations· Participate in local community events· Build relationships with key customers· Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and trades professionals· Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentValues : Deliver what you promise.
