Our Canadian Commercial business is divided into four distinct sales divisions, each representing an industry-leading portfolio of premium and globally recognized brands such as Mionetto Prosecco, Pink Whitney, La Marca, High Noon, BEARFACE Whisky, 19 Crimes, Beringer, Austin Hope, Josh Cellars, Penfolds, and Freixenet.

About the Program

Launch your career with a 5-month placement in British Columbia’s breathtaking Okanagan Valley, home to some of the world’s most renowned wineries. You’ll gain hands‑on experience as a Wine Ambassador, leading tours, hosting curated tastings, and immersing yourself in the artistry and business of wine at one of our award‑winning estates such as Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martin's Lane, CheckMate Artisanal Winery, Liquidity Wines, Red Barn Winery at Jagged Rock and Road 13 Vineyards.

The Wine Sales Development Program is more than a summer role — it’s your launchpad to a dynamic career in the beverage alcohol industry. After your placement, successful participants will have the opportunity to transition into a sales opportunity role within our national distribution business, with long-term pathways into Sales, Guest Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Do You Have What It Takes?

We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals ready to build a career in a fast‑paced, competitive industry. To be successful, you’ll bring:

• A university degree (completed by April 2026)
• WSET Level II (completed or in progress by June 30, 2026)
• Customer Service, Hospitality or Sales experience is an asset.
• A relentless drive to win and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Willingness to relocate to the Okanagan Valley in BC

Compensation Package

• Hourly rate: $22/hr
