Marketing Manager
Full-Time, On-Site - Vaughan, ON
What we're looking for
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Sweetapolita Inc., located in Vaughan, ON. This role is ideal for a high-potential marketer with solid experience who's ready to step into greater ownership and grow alongside a founder-led brand.
You'll work closely with the founder and be hands-on in both planning and execution. This is not a role where you manage a large team or delegate everything - you'll be directly involved in bringing campaigns, content, and ideas to life across channels. We're looking for someone who is confident in their skills, excited to learn, and motivated by impact rather than hierarchy.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives that support business goals
- Own day-to-day execution across key channels (email, social, web, paid support)
- Help strengthen brand storytelling and consistency across touchpoints
- Support campaign launches, promotions, and product storytelling
- Track performance, learn from results, and iterate based on what works
- Assist with Amazon onboarding and marketing readiness
- Support wholesale and trade marketing needs (sell sheets, communications, launches)
- Collaborate closely with the founder to test ideas and identify growth opportunities
