As anAssistant Store Manager,youllsupport the Store Manager in driving store performance, inspiring your team, and delivering exceptionalguestservice. Your leadership will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming environment that reflects our brands commitment to comfort, style, and quality.

What Youll Be Working On

• Supportingthe Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, merchandising, team leadership, andguestexperience.
• Providingcoaching and feedback to team members to help them meet performance goals and grow professionally.
• Fosteringa positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with QE Homes values.
• Meetingorexceedingdaily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Leadingby example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Ensuringvisual merchandising standards are consistently met and exceeded.
• Helpingrecruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Assistingin inventory management and loss prevention initiatives.
• Steppinginto the Store Manager role in their absence to ensure operational continuity.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.

What Will Set You Up for Success

• 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1-2yearsin a supervisory role.
• A strong passion for home dcor, design, and creating beautiful spaces.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience using POS systems and working in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong organizationaland operational skills.
• Ahands-on leadership style.
