Develop and enforce best practices across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
Solution Delivery & Execution
Lead hands-on development and deployment of Power Platform solutions that address complex business needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Design and build custom applications and integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and related services.
Oversee solution performance, reliability, scalability, and security in production environments.
Microsoft 365 Platform Leadership
Provide deep technical leadership for SharePoint Online architecture, site design, and content management solutions.
Support Exchange Online administration and migrations, ensuring stability and alignment with organizational standards.
Guide deployment, adoption, and support of OneDrive for Business and other M365 collaboration tools.
Adoption, Enablement & Continuous Improvement
Drive adoption of Power Platform and M365 tools through enablement strategies, training, documentation, and hands-on support.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams, promoting best practices and reusable patterns.
Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging capabilities, proactively recommending enhancements and optimizations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering solutions across Microsoft 365.
Demonstrated expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Platform CoE implementation.
Strong experience with Exchange Online administration and migrations.
Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site provisioning, permissions, and content management.
Experience supporting and deploying OneDrive for Business.
Proven ability to develop custom solutions using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or similar technologies.
