Position Summary...
The WMC Systems Lead, will primarily be responsible to serve as the key point of contact and subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, configuring and administering Walmart Connect's Salesforce ecosystem including integrations between media serving applications, web portal, project management application and other managed packaged applications.
This individual will be required to work with external vendor clients and internal users to provide support in three key areas : User Setup, Training & Usage;
Problems / Issues investigation and resolution; Ongoing Improvements and System Configuration / Enhancements.
What you'll do...
1)Key Accountability / Responsibility
Responsible for user and license management - new user setup / deactivation (internal & external), roles, profiles, permissions
2)Key Accountability / Responsibility
Responsible for System Training and general system related communications to the user community including new feature documentation as well as training videos and technical documentation for new builds and enhancements
3)Key Accountability / Responsibility
Responsible for Platform usage monitoring and reporting to improve user adoption and identify unused or under-utilized platform features.
Platform applications to be monitored include Salesforce, Web Portal, Wrike, SharePoint and any other integrated applications.
Also responsible for ongoing platform review and enhancements to improve user experience.
4)Key Accountability / Responsibility
Responsible for making minor system changes in WordPress for Web Portal, in Wrike, SharePoint, and other integrated applications including Salesforce configuration changes such as : Flows, validation rules, price books, pricing rules, product rules, discount schedules, approval processes, fields, lightning page layouts and components, visual force, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom objects, custom fields, dashboards and reports, Sandbox environment management
5)Key Accountability / Responsibility
Responsible for creating and managing a platform roadmap by defining priorities and liaising with stakeholders.
- Owns the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Requires gathering and translation into best practice scalable solutions with a focus on user experience
6)Key Accountability / Responsibility
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed (Including data cleanup and governance).
Also responsible for the use of Salesforce data loader to import data in mass into system as required.
7)Key Accountability / Responsibility
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. Primary point of contact for any new SSPs (Solution Security Plan) or updates to existing SSPs related to WMC's applications.
8)Key Accountability / Responsibility
Responsible for Ongoing System Maintenance, Setup & Support, including (but not limited to) :
- User support tickets (intake, prioritization, solutioning, and communicating resolution to end users)
- Assist with creating new reports and ongoing user dashboard setup and reporting requests - Tools to be supported include Salesforce Reporting and Tableau Reporting
Qualifications :
Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Developer Certification
