Requirements : Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings year-round. Flexibility in scheduling is key, as shifts will be assigned collaboratively.
Full-time availability.Excellent understanding of computers, software and POS platforms.Capability to lift up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities : Coach, lead, and manage retail staff to foster a cohesive and motivated team.Facilitate team building activities and provide ongoing employee development opportunities.
Manage floor operations during shifts to enhance guest experience, optimize salesmanship, and maintain labor and cost controls.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.Support sales and promotional activities as needed.Act as a brand ambassador, providing leadership and strategic direction across all departments.
Collaborate with the Management Team to capitalize on organizational opportunities.
