Overall,your role as a long-term care nurse, RN, RPN, LPN will be to providehigh-quality care to patients who require ongoing medical attention andsupport. Asa long-term care nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for providing careto patients who require ongoing medical attention and assistance with dailyactivities.

Your rolemay involve :

Assessingpatients' health needs : As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for assessing thehealth status of your patients, developing care plans, and implementinginterventions to meet their needs.

Administeringmedication and treatments : As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for administeringmedication, dressing wounds, and providing other medical treatments as requiredby your patients.

Monitoringpatients' condition : As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for monitoring yourpatients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status, and respondingappropriately to any changes.

Assistingwith activities of daily living : As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you and the care team willbe responsible for helping your patients with tasks such as bathing, dressing,and eating.

Communicatingwith other healthcare professionals : As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will need tocommunicate regularly with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcareprofessionals to ensure that your patients are receiving the best possiblecare.

Providingemotional support : As the nurse, RN, RPN, LPN you will be responsible for providingemotional support to your patients and their families, as well as addressingany concerns they may have.
