Our client is looking for a Sr. Executive Assistant to the CFO for a Financial Client.
Must Have's :
3+ years of experience providing Administrative Support
3+ years or experience with Project Coordination
Previous experience supporting Finance teams
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Nice to Have's :
Excellent computer skills, experience with Google Workspace (GSuite)
Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Provide coordination and administrative support to the CFO, including managing email accounts, calendars, travel arrangements, expense management, and team operational items such as technology requests and distribution lists.
- Team Experience : Create a "wow" experience for team members by anticipating needs and collaborating to solve business problems.
Manage day-to-day team logistics, communications, and coordinate team member life events such as welcoming new members and celebrating milestones.
- Project Coordination : Participate as a member of the regional leadership team in strategic project coordination and deliverables as assigned.
- Relationship Building : Build strong relationships to encourage collaboration and teamwork. Be approachable, collaborative, and agile, always looking for opportunities to find efficiencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Problem Solving : Provide recommendations for solutions and opportunities based on a solid knowledge of business rules, processes, and policies.
- Collaboration : Work with other Business Coordinators to obtain necessary information or documents and share inter-team knowledge and experience.
