Job Posting : Human Resources Coordinator

Location : In-Person | Full-time | Salary : $40,000 - $45,000 / year

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR? Our insurance firm is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, data management, and more. You’ll be an integral part of our team, helping us build a positive and supportive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support : Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates using platforms like iCIMS and Lever.
  • Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and UltiPro.
  • Employee Relations : Respond to employee inquiries, providing guidance on policies and fostering positive relationships.
  • HR Data & Reporting : Collect and analyze HR data to assist in decision-making and reporting.
  • Onboarding : Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Timekeeping & Attendance : Manage Kronos for accurate timekeeping and attendance tracking.
  • Training & Development : Assist in facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with HR team members on various projects aimed at improving overall team efficiency.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing tools like iCIMS, Lever, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis within an HR context is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of employee relations practices is an asset.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or Kronos is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
