In this role, you will support a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, data management, and more. You’ll be an integral part of our team, helping us build a positive and supportive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support : Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates using platforms like iCIMS and Lever.
- Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and UltiPro.
- Employee Relations : Respond to employee inquiries, providing guidance on policies and fostering positive relationships.
- HR Data & Reporting : Collect and analyze HR data to assist in decision-making and reporting.
- Onboarding : Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Timekeeping & Attendance : Manage Kronos for accurate timekeeping and attendance tracking.
- Training & Development : Assist in facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance employee engagement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with HR team members on various projects aimed at improving overall team efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with HR sourcing tools like iCIMS, Lever, or similar platforms is highly desirable.Experience in data collection and analysis within an HR context is beneficial.Knowledge of employee relations practices is an asset.Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or Kronos is advantageous.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Perks & Benefits
