Oracle Payroll Cloud Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Cloud Consultant to support. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Canadian Payroll implementation and the ability to lead workshops, configure payroll modules, and support end-to-end implementation activities.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver a compliant and efficient Oracle Payroll Cloud solution aligned with statutory and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and translate them into Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and statutory regulations.
• Work with solution architects to develop a future architecture that meets client s strategic and operational needs.
• Configuration of Oracle Payroll modules, including payroll definitions, elements, balances, and other payroll components, to meet business needs.
• Develop and execute test cases (unit, system, and user acceptance testing) to validate payroll functionality and address any issues prior to go-live.
