Human Resources Services is seeking candidates for the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position.
This 12-month opportunity is available exclusively to employees of the House of Commons' Human Resources Services.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a true strategist for leaders of designated business units on people management, adopting a generalist HR perspective and leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the business and the organization's operations. More specifically, they participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies, including workforce planning, and act as both an employee champion and a change agent.
