Mental Health Facility Support Supervisor

Job Description :

The Mental Health Facility Administrator Trainee will be responsible for assisting the Area Manager in the day-to-day operations of the mental health facility. The Trainee will be trained in all aspects of facility management, including but not limited to :

• Staff management and supervision
• Financial management and budgeting
• Regulatory compliance
• Quality assurance and improvement
• Client care and satisfaction

The Trainee will work closely with the Facility Administrator to learn the skills necessary to become a successful Administrator. The Trainee will also be responsible for completing assigned tasks and projects, attending meetings and trainings, and participating in the development and implementation of facility policies and procedures.
