Job Purpose

• Spearheads process optimization and drive improvements in financial reporting accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency through cross-functional collaboration and implementation of best practices.
• Manages balance sheet master data, oversees monthly task lists and performance reporting, and ensures strict adherence to organizational policies and compliance standards.
• Serves as key user for master data governance, defining reporting requirements and coordinating database maintenance to support accurate financial outputs.
• Maintains robust internal controls, develops and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and acts as the primary point of contact for query resolution and stakeholder support

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance and Accounting related field.
