Systems Engineer Pay Rate : Mid-level $70-80K AND Expert level $81-100K Duration : 12 months- Temp to Perm Location : Toronto, ON Shift : M-F (Hybrid)
Purpose of the Role
- Participate to the railway system analysis through a MBSE approach
- Participate to the System definition and the system sizing by gathering the track, Power supply, signaling and Rolling stock data required for this activity and support the performances optimisation
- Write some system specifications and make them approved by all the stakeholders.
- Participate to the requirement analysis and development
- Participate to the change analysis

ducational Requirements
University Degree in EngineeringLicensed Professional Engineer of Ontario (P.Eng) or in the processQualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Engineering / Technical functions including 3 years in Railway projectsKnowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment and systemsKnowledge of Signalling, Telecommunication, Power Supply and Overhead Catenary Systems preferredKnowledge of the rail environment and engineering practicesFluent in EnglishGood coordination and CommunicationKnowledge of International Standards
