Fitness Consultant

Are you deeply passionate about health fitness and wellness Join our team at the Fairmont Spa located within the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs where youll have the opportunity to evaluate educate and motivate our guests and members in their fitness journeys.

Starting Rate : $21.84 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.88.

Job Duties Include :

• Lead safe and effective group fitness classes workshops and outdoor programs as required
• Develop and execute safe and effective one-on-one Personal Training programs / sessions as required
• Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times : operations cleaning and sanitization of all equipment supplies well stocked
