As a Senior Electronic Developer, you will use your electronic design expertise and technical know-how to drive energy transition, comfort, and smart home innovation. You’ll design and improve our innovative and sustainable products that have a real impact on the daily lives of thousands of households, and contribute to the architecture, technology choices, and product evolution that are shaping the future.
On a Daily Basis, You Will
- Define electronic circuit specifications and architecture in compliance with applicable requirements and standards;
- Design, simulate, and document analog, digital, and power circuits, rigorously applying the product development methodology;
- Guide schematic and PCB design, and participate when needed;
- Plan and perform circuit verification to ensure quality and compliance;
- Work closely with various teams: mechanical, software, quality assurance, product management, and the assembly plant;
- Contribute to project planning, monitoring, and adherence to timelines, as well as managing technical risks;
- Collaborate on the continuous integration of electronic, mechanical, and software designs during development;
- Conduct DFMEA design risk analyses and contribute to PFMEA manufacturability assessments.
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering recognized in Québec;
- At least 5 years of experience in developing power, analog, and digital circuits;
- Proven experience in microcontroller-based embedded system development;
- Strong skills with electronic design software and hands-on lab work (instruments, techniques);
- Expertise in design for quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, including troubleshooting and concept comparison;
- Functional bilingualism (French and English) – able to communicate with English-speaking suppliers;
- Motivation, rigor, and attention to detail;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
- A positive, influential attitude within a team setting;
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset when facing challenges.
