Job Title : Account Coordinator

Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for an Account Coordinator to join their team.
Main Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :
- Completing deal sheets, listing forms, and assisting in maintaining Ad Grids
- Management and organization of audit compliance documentation ( Deal sheets)
- Aid in Post Audit management
- Maintain listings tracker
- Coordination of deliverables within teams such as collection of Joint Business Planning details, Innovation, and customer Planning, etc.
- Organizing samples & Free Goods Orders
- Distribution of relevant reporting such as SASS reports
- Ad hoc administrative requests
- Other
Requirements & Skills :
College Diploma or University Degree in Office Management or a related fieldMinimum of year of general business experienceStrong organizational and administrative skills essential in addition to keen accuracy for detailProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; able to navigate new systems and toolsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders & priorities through strong written and verbal communication skillsProactive & adaptable to changing environments with a high sense of urgency; solution-orientedKnowledge of the consumer goods industry would be an assetIf you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
