Performs physical work, assisting the sign installer by preparing sites, moving and lifting materials , setting up temporary structures, clearing sites, operating basic tools, and supporting the team, all while following strict safety protocols to ensure efficient and safe project completion.

Qualifications :

• Physical fitness, stamina, basic math / reading skills, and a strong safety focus, often with a high school diploma / GED, plus essential soft skills like communication and teamwork.
