About This Role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze the project portfolios by P&L region to support our internal business partners in their key objectives and information needs.
- Conceptualize dashboards and reports to measure the evolution of our digital transformation, organizational value model, strategic objectives, operational performance, and the evolution of our Risk Management culture.
- Report and analyze strategic objectives and key results (OKRs) to track progress and drive our Risk Management performance.
- Standardize our analytical practice and the implementation of risk management KPIs to allow for a better performance measurement.
- Conduct various ad hoc business analyses by defining the required data points coming from different data sources across the organization, interpreting key insights and providing strategic recommendations to an executive audience.
- Present key insights and data trends in a concise format using data visualizations intended to an executive audience.
- Conduct benchmarking research and analysis to provide key information on CAE's positioning relative to key industry players.
Our ideal candidate has :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business intelligence, business analysis or equivalent.4+ years of experience in a similar role.Can quickly adapt to using and maintaining various BI applications (ex. Domo, RiskConnect and Power BI)Excellent analytical skills with strong business acumen and high attention to detail.Strong ability to understand business challenges, think strategically and quickly synthesize information for the purpose of simplifying and accelerating decision-making.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.Position Type
