AML Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

Join our team of AML Data Entry Processors as an AML Solutions Specialist. You will be responsible for inputting details of various transactions into a web application, supporting investigators in completing disclosures. Work is assigned daily via email from a Senior Manager.

Shift : Hybrid - 3 days in Office

Location : Bedford, NS

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include inputting transaction details into our web application, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will work independently, managing your time effectively to meet daily deadlines. Strong communication with the Senior Manager is crucial for receiving assignments and updates.

Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, along with experience using various internal applications. Time management and organizational skills are key, along with the ability to work independently and accurately report findings. A high school diploma is required.
