Job Description

Are you known for being the glue that holds the office together?

Agilus is recruiting for an Office Manager in the Construction Industry in Victoria, British Columbia.

A typical day :

  • Answer phones / greet clients
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Responsible for office supplies, mail and couriers
  • Book meeting rooms and order catering
  • Generate POs, code and approve
  • Liaise with cleaners, security and property management company

Successful candidates will have :

  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 2+ years of previous Office Management experience + Diploma / Degree in Business Administration
  • Self directed with initiative, organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work on own and within a team environment
