Operating a large state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Cambridge, the company has established a strong reputation for excellence, and innovation. An opportunity has opened within their finance team for a Senior Financial Analyst who will focus on costing and management reporting for the North American business. Your main duties will include :
- Lead financial reporting including manufacturing variance reporting, standard costing, and inventory management for North American operations.
- Analyze spending trends and recommend cost reduction strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while improving processes.
- Support SAP process order costing, variance analysis, and system setup.
- Assist executives and managers with financial insights for decision-making.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
