Grandview Golf Club is Hiring for the 2026 season!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on customer service and team management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and providing exceptional service to our guests in a hospitality setting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the food and beverage department, ensuring efficient operation.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
• Comply with all operations manuals, opening and closing procedures, daily worksheets, restaurant procedures, cleaning schedules, and all other duties required to successfully execute daily routines in an efficient restaurant.
• Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Communicate professionally and directly with the Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and the food and beverage team on all food service issues.
• Conduct interviews for new hires within the department as needed.
• Aidand supportthe leadership of the Bistro Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

This is a seasonal position running from April until October with the opportunity to return to your position every season.
