Mobile Sales Associate - Keyholder (Part Time)

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a mobile sales associate - keyholder , which we call a mobile & smart living advisor - keyholder at Best Buy. As a mobile sales associate - keyholder , you will be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores.

No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

What you’ll do :

Help customers find the perfect product or service and respond to their questions

Share your passion for tech and your wide array of product knowledge

Assist with store operations by completing opening / closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries

Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent

What we’re looking for :

Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers

Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment

A commitment to maintaininga safe and fun working environment

Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years old depending on your province) to be able to process mobile activations
