Grantek is expanding its team with a newly created role that will define our next era of digital enablement. The General Manager – IT & Digital Enablement will own the vision and execution of our enterprise technology ecosystem; spanning IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and AI-driven frameworks. You will shape secure, scalable, high-performing digital systems that support our people and enhance client delivery. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and team development.
Lead the vision and roadmap for Grantek’s IT and Digital Enablement strategy.
Build secure, scalable systems and cloud platforms that power both internal operations and client solutions.
Champion AI adoption across the enterprise by driving practical, high-impact use cases.
Oversee cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance across regions.
Streamline how Grantek builds, tests, and deploys digital solutions using DevSecOps best practices.
Partner with business units to align technology goals with company growth and client success.
Grow and mentor a talented IT team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Build strong relationships with vendors and partners to enhance Grantek’s digital capabilities.
Ensure business continuity through proactive risk management and reliable IT performance.
Qualifications
Experience : 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, in enterprise IT, AI, digital transformation, and security management .
Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy, AI / ML adoption, cloud and edge computing, DevSecOps, and regulated industry IT governance (pharma, food & beverage preferred).
Business Acumen : Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets, vendors, and complex enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, collaboration, UNS / data integration).
Leadership : Strategic thinker with a proactive, risk-aware approach; able to translate business unit needs into IT and AI strategies that enable growth.
Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executive, technical, and client audiences effectively.
Culture & Values : Collaborative, decisive, and adaptable leader who builds high-trust teams, drives innovation, and fosters continuous improvement.
Travel : Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
