Adecco is actively seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative with a Sales territory, Windsor to Barrie to Cobourg.
In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
This position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per annum and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities :
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, including average unit price, distribution, and door productivity targets for the brand collections.
- Develop and follow an effective call plan for customer visits, aiming to visit all customers in a 4-12-week rotation or less.
- Regularly refresh POP materials and ensure brand positioning is accurately reflected in-store.
- Log visits and orders in the based ordering system.
- Utilize reports, training, and tools to enhance customer relationships and sales effectiveness.
- Proactively manage distribution in line with brand guidelines.
- Conduct customer training, develop trunk shows, and participate in trade shows to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Submit weekly / monthly / quarterly metrics to leadership to support growth strategies.
- Significant field time required with possible overnights, dependent on geography (up to 100% travel).
Requirements :
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum of 2 years in direct sales with a proven track record of results.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, training, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to carry sample bags weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and personal car required for daily work-related travel.
