Job Description
Reports to :
Service Manager, Branch Manager
Main responsibilities :
Work primarily in the shop assisting the service manager with the day-to-day operations of the shop.
Train and oversee the development of new technicians.
Occasionally work onsite on on client locations.
Duties :
Answer all technician questions regarding stock, procedure, policy, etc.
Ensure the work areas are kept tidy and cleaned at the end of the workday. Bring any deficiencies to the attention of the service manager.
Ensure quality control regarding equipment in for service, both in terms of turnaround times and attention to detail and cleanliness and look of equipment before being returned to the customer.
Oversee cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment in the shop.
Working Conditions :
Workweeks are typically 5 days, Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day.
The shop foreman may be required to work occasional overtime.

Professional and courteous demeanour
Excellent organizational skills
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
