Level 1 - Maintenance Labourer

Job Summary

Under the supervision and direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, perform tasks related to oil and coolant including managing fluid levels and coolant changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks including recording coolant refractometer readings, topping up machine oils, and recording usage.
• Manage oil and coolant inventories.
• Housekeeping of storage area for fluids.
• Operate forklift and floor scrubber.
• Maintain equipment in a safe and clean manner.
• Ability to close work orders using the maintenance computer system.
