Senior Training and Development Coordinator

Reporting to the Manager of Learning &Development, this role supports the learning and development team, includingadministration, coordination, content development and delivery of learningprograms.
Responsibilities
- Supporting learning anddevelopment initiatives and projects through planning and implementation
- Coordinating and delivering alle-learning and in-person training sessions and / or events
- Develop and support learningmaterial, learning guides, and FAQs
- Assist and conduct varioustypes of trainings, including new hire orientation, software / programrefreshers
- Assisting in onboarding newbranches
Requirements
- Experience using a LearningManagement System (LMS)
- Insurance background is a plus
- Intermediate experience withMicrosoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong written and oralcommunication skills
- Strong orientation towardspositive customer service
- Must be flexible and able tomanage multiple tasks and handle changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of trainingtechniques, training modules and learning theories
- Ability to work individually aswell as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
