The Data Analyst role exists to enhance operational effectiveness through rigorous data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with managers to ensure timely data submission and collaborate with finance and project management teams.
• Develop systems and databases for tracking key metrics.
• Identify and address data gaps to ensure accuracy.
• Manage data quality control and governance procedures.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for executive leadership.
• Develop predictive models and perform prescriptive analytics.
• Create dashboards for real-time metric monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with SQL and database management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Familiarity with construction or project management metrics.
• Experience with predictive analytics and data modeling.
• Bilingual communication abilities.
